Mike and Chris Tucker
Mike Sommers has been in radio for 30 years, having gained experience in Detroit, Chicago, Minneapolis, Louisville, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Norfolk, and Wilmington. He started working with computer music scheduling programs in 1985 (RCS). In 1990, he was tutored by the best music scheduler in the business when he was hired by Keith Hill to be APD. Mike has been a PD at leading stations such as 95.7 Ben-FM/Mix 95.7 Philadelphia, WOCT Baltimore, WSTW/WJBR Wilmington, and WAFL/WNCL Dover. He's programmed AC, Hot AC, Classic Hits, Classic Rock, Adult Hits, Oldies, and CHR. He's also scheduled music and programmed in-store audio for Popeye’s Chicken, Sneaker Radio, Mike's Famous Harley, and OfficeRadio.com. Mike is passionate about programming a great sounding station and scheduling music. |
